Distribution Territory and Channels

BMSA has 19 franchise areas throughout South Africa and strategically displays over 19 million brochures annually via this national network. Their 4,000 own-branded brochure display sites consist of a variety of units ranging from wall-mounted boards to freestanding, rotating icons. Typical display sites include 100’s of tourist accommodation venues (resorts, hotels, guest houses and superior bed and breakfast establishments), tourist information centres, game farms, boating excursions, action and adventure activities, car rentals, forex outlets, selected retail outlets, airports, bus stations, filling stations and restaurants. There is no other competitor in South Africa with a similar national footprint.

BMSA cover all 9 provinces - The Western Cape, Northern Cape, Eastern Cape, KwaZulu Natal, Free State, Limpopo, Mpumalanga, North West and Gauteng. Their display sites are hosted in every major town and city including Cape Town, Durban, Johannesburg, Pretoria, East London, Port Elizabeth, Bloemfontein and throughout the Garden Route.

Brochure Management South Africa (BMSA) was established in Cape Town in 1995. Today BMSA consists of a network of 19 independently owned franchises displaying over 19 million pieces of tourism and travel related information on 4,000 strategically located display boards countrywide.

Their core business is brochure display and distribution. Their system is very flexible, and they can work with a defined budget, a set number of brochures, a specific geographic region, specific site categories or any combination of these. N.B.: Their Business involves the physical display of brochures on their own-branded brochure boards – they DO NOT do knock-and-drop, loose inserts into publications or have people handing out brochures on the street.

They can assist their clients with all aspects related to the design, display, distribution and printing of brochures.

BMSA is also able to do bespoke projects with any print/tourism related material, including, but not limited to, Brochures, Booklets, Maps, Guides, Custom Magazines.
